Mindy works extremely hard and tried to answer all of my questions.
If she doesn't know, then she will find out. Mindy is a wonderful negotiator for both seller and buyer. She is aggressive and calm, which is one of the main reasons I chose her. Mindy goes over and beyond the call of duty. I have nothing but the most positive things to say about her, except, her availability was frustrating for me. During the school year her time is limited to evening and weekends. in the summer months, her availability is very difficult because her family and her are 98% of the time on vacations, get aways, camping, family functions and she is not available. That to me was the most frustrating and negative thing I can say. Outside of that, she is an extremely hard worker and will do her best to be there for you from beginning to end.

!! Highly highly recommend her. This was my first time buying a home. She made the buying process very easy and not stressful. She was straight forward with us on the process. Very knowledgeable and skillful . Any text message that was sent, she was quick to respond. Had a place that husband and I was in process of closing, and the area in which the house was had a terrible flood just up the road. Melinda drove all the way to the residence just to check to make sure the basement wasn't taking in water. Melinda goes above and beyond.
